Sugarcane organic jaggery is a traditional unrefined sugar made from the juice of organically grown sugarcane. It is a healthier alternative to refined sugar, as it retains many of the natural nutrients found in sugarcane, such as iron, magnesium, potassium, and antioxidants.

Organic jaggery is made by slowly boiling down sugarcane juice until it reaches a thick, syrupy consistency. The syrup is then cooled and allowed to crystallize, forming solid blocks of jaggery.
